My mate has the pearl fronted Duessy, and I swear, its the best trem system Ive ever used, They sound, play, feel fantastic too. The pearl one isnt cheap (£2,500ish) but if you contact imported direct, they may be able to 'help'
You could get to Korean wage levels by building in Southern Europe though. The UK is doing something seriously wrong if products like Blackstar Artisan amps are cheaper to make in Korea and import here than make here. China I get as you can hire somebody for peanuts.

I LOVE that Duesenberg.
I was looking at a couple last year but I just couldn't justify the money.
Interesting, I sent an email to their customer services and impressively got a reply within an hour. I asked if it was true that the guitars were built in Korea before being pleked in Germany as I am considering a purchase. This is their response:
"we collect the best parts from all over the world and the complete assembly is in Hannover/ North of Germany! Plek is just a very small step in production here."
