Default possible grounding problem - diagnostics help please

Gave my new board its first run out last night. All was good. But then .... I lost the signal. After a bit of head scratching I found that if I wobbled the pedals about on the board the signal came back. It seemed to affect all the pedals, ie wobble any pedal individually and the signal came back.

Could that be a grounding problem? All pedals are individually powered from a TRex fuel tank jr (sat underneath the hardwire delay), except a Micro POG which runs of its own psu.

Any ideas for a diagnosis before I strip it all down and re-build it?

My money is on a bad connection in at least one of the George L patch leads

If the LED's light, you can eliminate power supply as an issue.
I'd check that first, then change the patch leads one at a time, going logically from guitar end first.
for sale, MXR Zakk Wylde overdrive. PM if you're interested.

It were that long red lead it were. The one going from the GK to the delay. Naturally its the last lead in the chain so hence it was the last thing to be checked ... Bastard. Still it's fixed now.
