How will the human race end ?

Given the close shave with a small meteor is topical at the moment, do you think the human race will continue without any near-extinction (or even full extinction) events on Earth until the eventual death of the Sun, and with it, the Earth ? Or, do you think the human race will suffer an extinction level event of some sort before then, and if so, what type ?

Global warming ? Some incurable new virus strain ?
Pollution ? Nuclear war ?

I'm predicting a virus, some kind of global epidemic - probably man made and accidentally released like in the fillums.

I just can't see us lasting another 4,500,000,000 years unscathed.
