    Sounds lovely.

How 'silent' are they out of interest? Quieter than an unplugged electric for example? Could you play in a room where somebody is watching TV?

They are about the same volume as an unplugged solid body electric, maybe a bit louder. I have tried playing it while my wife watched TV and I was told to stop! But unlike an acoustic guitar you can play it downstairs while the family are asleep upstairs and you won't disturb them.

Thats interesting as if I play my flamenco model with double strumming or triplets the cats move off in a very pointed manner as it is as loud as a steel strung

Finally got a chance to listen. Not my thing at all.

But I loved it - great playing.

I wish I had it in me to sit down for a few hours and write something like this. Excellent playing!

And, as for the tone...Wow! I was not expecting it to sound half as good. But a very professional job there

That was very enjoyable playing good sir. I once owned one of these wonderful guitars (about 3 years ago) it was £289.99 New then. I sold it as part of an upgrade. I'm quite sorry I did now tbh. Although my Gibson is a terrific guitar and I love it to bits I cant really practise in the mornings before work anymore when my wife is still in bed. they are about £500 or there abouts now.... I think I'll try and hunt down a 2nd hand one in the near future. It was a great guitar...I think I made a huge mistake getting rid really :-(
I doubt, therefore I might be!

They do come up on ebay from time to time - that's where I got mine. I think the new ones have better effects, but tbh these are only useful for playing through headphones, you wouldn't record with the effects on.

mellowsun, is yours the narrower nut model? Just wondering how it is for fingerpicking.
I was looking at the steel string version which has a 43mm nut.

Hi Bob. The version I have is 50mm wide at the nut - is that the standard classical width (I think it might be)? It's great for fingerpicking.
