Wanted: Roland HD-1 kit or similar

Looking for an entry level kit. The HD-1 looks like a good buy new at £369, but would rather save some pennies and buy used.

Thanks for the reply. Sounds good, what sort of money are you looking for? I have a mate who regularly goes to Stamford, not sure if you could get it there any easier.

Hi, blimey I have probably wasted your time as I had a quick scout around for 2nd hand prices and they are a bit hit n miss on t'Bay and if I am not going to see(which I doubt I am) £270+ then they go upstairs for the kids/spare for me..

I would keep a looking on eBay, some have them have gone £170-£220, no way would I consider selling that low.

Most of the decent HD1s on eBay make £250 - £275 - which I think is a good price considering you can buy a new kit with stool, headphones, sticks and a years guarantee for £399 delivered.

I'm thinking £250 would be enough outside of eBay, but understand your position entirely.
