Tea as I was/am on a health kick now the better weather is here.
Lost 5kg since the start of Feb. I now carry 5kg of lead shot when I go cycling/walking to remind me why I'm doing this. I need reminding as I love my lager. Another 5kilo loss will take me to 10st 5 and then I'll be hopefully getting some muscle in the mix to get my weight back up to around 10st 10 which historically is my best alround trim. I'm 5'10".
Good effort! I cut out drinking and snacking in February to try to shift a bit too. Lost 8lbs in 2 weeks then levelled off around 12st 3lbs. I'm 5' 10" as well and would like to be back down around the 11.5st mark. I've not been out on my bike for a while but I do have a bouncy dog to walk.
Plus I had ale and nuts last night cos it's March!
