    Rooster - missed the other bit. If you were interested in a cash deal, i'd be willing to put it with a courier. I normally use UPS, and they've shipped a few guitars and a stage piano for me before. Amp would be a new one, but willing to investigate it if you were interested... size / weight shouldn't be an issue.
