If you look at his eyes (not around the eyes) - you can see that he's not really scanning the cube. Therefore I surmise that he has prepared the cube in advance - i.e. from a completed cube, he's moved outside blocks only, one turn only, so 'all' he needs to do is rotate one plane 90 degrees each time, probably using a central square as a reference so he knows which side to turn. So, he's juggling and moving a plane of a cube on each turn - not actually solving it. The juggling's good though !
You'd think with all the effort of practising how to do that, he might have learnt to play guitar instead.
Not being nasty or nothing but juggling and Rubik's cubing isn't an obvious aid to attracting members of the opposite sex.
That's very presumptive of you. He may not be interested in the opposite sex.
He may not be interested in any sex.... which is just as well really if you're juggling fucking Rubik's cubes.
