CM DVD back issue question

Does anybody know how I could get the examples that were on the DVD for issue 157, the ultimate guide to ableton live? I recently bought the online download version but the DVD contents aren't included. Most of the tutorials start with "first, load the example wiwiwiw.wav etc....

In case anyone else is interested, I went ahead and just made my own samples up and went through some of the tutorials using them. I think I probably learned more than I would have if I had the supplied samples. Maybe some of these tutorials could forego supplying them and instruct people to "create a bass guitar track in 4/4 at a length of one bar", etc....
