Default Foo Fighters Tribute needs a guitarist. Festivals booked, Sussex, paid.

Our guitarist has to leave because of his day job so we are currently recruiting. We have some hall gigs and festivals booked this summer, as well as the odd pub gig and venue. We tend to play around 2 gigs per month.

We are all very high standard players, and have a friendly and professional attitude and pro equipment.

We also have a couple of side-projects, write some original stuff and have a grungy/alt rock covers band that we are working on, so there is an opportunity to work with some great musicians, have a say in the band, and be yourself too.

You'd need to be able to very accurately cover Shifletts guitar parts, (and occasionally Grohls) both technically and tonally, and get up to speed quickly.

We are based in Worthing and Brighton, but we gig all over the South and South East of England.

Pay is from £40.00 to £75.00 per gig, dependent on transport costs, but this goes into a central fund for new equipment or transport if needed.

Dammit! Well if you are ever on the sunny south coast look us up! and by the way, knowing all the tracks and parts is not enough to be in a true Foo tribute I am afraid (You also have to have a check shirt).

I have a wardrobe full - and the acid wash or black jeans (day/venue dependant), and hi-tops, and the pedals, tatoos, and the stubble. Heck, my hairs even the same as Shifletts most of the time!

Plus, an added bonus of knowing their B-sides (& a lot of each of their side project) work too

I seriously need to get uni out of the frikkin way so that I can buy another Mesa and get back out there playing again!
