Has this got the 'What the' preset? ( Hoover )

Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die..
It does have the "What the?" preset but it's like a long patch with a long attack time, so I can only assume that either A: the very first Hoover was a sample of the last part of the sound or B: the classic Hoover is just the oscillator with the PWM cranked (like the one in my chorus 8ves thing) and the "What the?" patch has been misidentified as the original source.
