Strava. Not content with trying to beat my records into work every day I know find myself sacrificing speed on the overall trip to set myself up for segment records. All largely offroad cycle path parts of my commute so I'm not putting the public at risk. But I had thought my days of risking death were well behind me. Last week at one point I ran at 130% of my age related heart maximum for 12 minutes of a ride. The up siade is I haven't felt so good, been so fit or carried myself so confidently since coming back from Cuba.
Superstarcomponents.com. They take a lot of components made for higher end bike component suppliers and sell them without the logos at remarkably low prices. Oh dear.

Bought quite a few bits from superstar for my bike, you can't beat a bit of shiny.
