PICKUP SPAM! Seymour Duncan and Bareknuckles ahoy!

I've got a Seymour Duncan Phat Cat for the neck position and a Bareknuckle Miracle Man for the bridge position. They're both surplus to requirements as I've got a fully Phat Catted up guitar and the HFS in my PRS is perfectly fine. In real life the pickups are less blurry. They've both got 50mm polepiece spacing.

If you don't know what they are, the Phat Cat is a humbucker sized P90. It's very clear, clean and classic sounding. The Miracle Man is quite a powerful ceramic magnet humbucker. It sounds pretty good clean, especially if you have a treble bleed capacitor on your volume control. It sounds fucking ace for high gain tomfoolery though - very well defined and balanced.

The Phat Cat is £40 including postage.
The Miracle Man is £55 including postage.

I'd offer a swap with the miracle man for my duncan distortion, but i realise that yours is worth more and generally better, and you don't need any more pickups.

Hmm. I'm not sure about the "shizzle" and "bizzle" ratings. I think mine would be this at the moment.

I think based on this scale and my current musical leanings I would rate the Phat Cat as "Fucking whizz-bang" and the Miracle Man as "Ace / Boss".

I am generally looking for some BKPs, 'cos the ones I've heard have been "stonking" ... but I have a large pile of homeless pickups at the moment, waiting for me to build guitar-homes for them ... and you've only got one rather than a pair ... and I have just unplannedly gassed ... ummmmm ... but they don't come up s/h often ... ummmm ...

nah, i've just heard both, and frankly i can't even spare a tenner at the moment and i do beleive BKP's fetch more than SD's generally
