    I'm interested.

What are the freq on your one? Will it still be useable when Spectrum is sold off?

From doing a little research the frequency range for the Freeport comes in three flavours... two are licenced and one (the 863-865 band) is free and internationally agreed so should not (from looking at the DV Forum) be sold off.

My device is within the free range

You can also switch within that band (there are four transmission links) just in case there are any frequency issues/ conflicts

    Safely arrived.

Felt very odd being able to wander upstairs for a piss while still playing through the amp in the lounge.

Don't think I could hear any difference in tone - maybe a touch of compression, but I love compression so that is hardly a problem!

Must buy some rechargeable batteries now.
