I wouldn't think so. There are fewer people who'd want it.. the manufacturers make a fair number of lefties in a reduced range. Custom guitars are made to an individuals tastes so less accessible anyway.
Buying second hand lefty guitars is cheaper than buying new.

I dont know much about pups so impedance means nothing to me lol.
I wouldnt worry about it, I'll probably have a pop anyway as i need a cheap bucker to go in my partsocaster.
