Hmmm, judging by the lack of response to my call for band mates (on t'other forum) I might be doomed to being a bedroom guitarist anyway.

I quite fancy building a cab, so this amp and some of your speakers could make a nice little project for me.

I might have to get one and have a go at the mods myself. What with my guitar skills having zero demand, I may as well turn my hand to learning how to maintain amps, guitars, effects etc. That way I can still try and hang around with all the cool kids.......and iangillis!

It can take a long time to get a response to a Guitarist Available ad. You live in a closed shop, the muso network in that area is very clique at best. Look outside of the area towards Northampton or Cambridge. Lots of function bands looking for people at the moment . I'm doing a big band thing on the side and this Bass orchestra project ( LOL ! ), so I have no shame.

I was thinking about an old age Bay City Rollers tribute band as well
