not at all, theyre fantastic guitars, severely underrated, play brilliantly (when set up well obviously!) and have a cool sound, feel and look, whats not to like?

Fantastic guitars if my Jagstang is anything to go by; very versatile and easy to play.

Not a bad price but my Jagstang was cheaper than that!

I'd love one, might just try the Squier Duo-Sonic re-issue first though.

I'm surprised they didn't have to pay you to take it away. The Jagstang is, to my eyes, one of the most grotesquely misshapen guitars yet created. I think I'd rather gig the Wangcaster.

Odd, yes. Have you tried it?

The balance is spot on and the mix of single/humbucker/out-of-phase switching really works with a good dollop of fuzz

The bridge is like a bigsby (as long as you treat it with the same respect) and the short-scale is very easy to play.

In the same way that an Ibanez is perfectly suited to rock/shred stuff, the Jagstang is a grungy/blues-y sleeper...

I've not tried one. I like the short scale (well, on the Jags I've played) and the trem is fine by me. It's just that it looks melted. In a bad way.
