    I'm also left handed.

I think I recall learning right handed felt slightly odd somehow, at first, but only for the first few learning sessions. When it comes down to it, it's just a task, like any other that you can learn if you have musical ability. There must be plenty of pianists that are left handed, and I've never heard them demanding the keyboard to be swapped around.

On the other hand I'm still in favour of lefty guitars being made. It just depends if the leaner wants it that way or not. It quite possibly can affect your improvising style, like any differences in any guitar can encourage you to play different things. I'm sure playing righty guitars has affected the subtleties of my playing, but it's hard to analyse properly as I've not really bothered trying left-handed, and so I have nothing much to compare it with in myself.

No, actually, there is one thing. Whammy arms and bridges! I just can't get on with them!
Never could, Ive never used a trem. I think this paticular issue actually, is indeed because of my left-handedness, even though some people, (Like knopfler) do use trem arms. Never me, I hate them. In fact, one of my biggest frustrations is why there's so few hardtail Strat options on the market, even from custom builders! WAAAARRGH! (Crys like a baby!)

Actualy I am tottaly left handed (both hand and foot) and i started the drums on an left handed set. Two years later i changed to right handed set (still left hand on the hi-hat) at the beginind it was very frustrating and confusing but now it seems normal to me and i have a better control on both feet.

On the guitar i always played riht hand and could nt even think about playing up side down!
