20-40 hrs a week, I try to get in a couple of hrs practice piano, and acouple hrs on guitar.
the rest of the time is dedicated to composition.
thats a lot if i do more than 12 hrs a week i think it's a decent amount of time
I'm getting a good 4 hours a day. It might have something to do with me not having a job at the moment.
i try to get in at least 30 minutes of practice a day .... up to 90, when possible ... i did take yesterday off .... and personally, i consider practice as music .... ( if i'm practicing something and it gets too boring, i practice something different ) .....
i've got some vacation time approaching and usually i can get more music makin' time in ..... and time to change litter boxes ..... ewwwww
