Epiphone fail

Zakk Wylde has completely passed me by as a player. I just don't get what the fuss is at all. He's technically OK, but there are people on here who can play faster and with less mistakes, so he's hardly in the Vai class as a technician. His tone is meh as hell and the image is frankly ridiculous. I can understand a 23 year old going for the whole "brewtal" thing, but it looks like a marketing gimmick in a 40 something. He is also the single biggest endorsement whore I have seen. I really don't get people who turn their whole lives into an act.

As for the guitar. Blurgh....

Which is a shame. Zakk looks so bloody ridiculous that his facing the amps could only be a good thing for an audience.

I think they are nice for a metal guitar. far worse knocking about. they will sell like hot cakes.
