I use Logic on a PC. I have the demo of SX & Sonar but i find Logic to be very "slick". I am gonna give SX & Sonar a good going over & i hope for my wallet at least that i can get accustomed to one of them rather than shell out for a new computer. The truth is, it looks like a mac may be coming this way soon........

I should have added this earlier but if i do get a mac i will look at the options for that, for example Digital Performer looks like quite a, err, performer.

    Ditto.

Upgraded an old copy of Cubase 3.6 straight up to SX last summer. Took a while to get use too, and I miss the IPS ( didn't know how to use it, but it looked very cool), but overall, its great.

sonar 2 xl. Good stuff. They all pretty much do the same thing now though don't they? I'm glad this poll has confirmed that a lot more people use cakewalk than some people think. One particular developer, who is no longer developing software for windows told me only 5% of people use sonar, which is why he wasn't developing a dxi version of his product (this was before he announced he was developing for mac only of course).

    Cheers,
    Lee
