Default Think I done rather well....

    with this......

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=320334583554

I saw an opportunity here and took it.....

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=150323715671

So I took the SD JB jnr out to put in one of my Strats, removed the strap locks and free set of strings that the guitar came with and sold it on for £115 more. Not a bad days "work" if I do say so myself. If only I could see these opportunities more often. I've never bought to sell on before but i'd been watching USA Strats going on there for months and the olympic white/maple ones were always bringing a good price - usually £525-585.So when I saw a BIN @ £450 I couldn't let someone else have it for that price!

    Winner.

That's over a weeka wages for me you made for free basically.

Not very often you get real bargains on eBay anymore, good spotting there.
Looking for a good Wah pedal? Budda, Fulltone, RMC Teese? Anyone got anything?

Handy that the seller included the original bridge pickup

What did you do with the case?

And your pics show straplocks on the guitar, what did you remove?
Why is there so much blank space down there

The case sold with the guitar, the straplocks were removed and replaced with the regular strap buttons - which along with the original pickup were included with the guitar when i bought it.

I assume that you've declared this on your tax return?

cracking deal on that first strat. you've got to be quick to snap those up.

I was kicking myself the other day when I saw a ceriatone marshall 1974x clone amp listed with a buy it now of £400. The next time I looked he had put it up to £600 and sold it!

overpriced at that price in my opinion, but I should have pressed the buy it now when i saw it at £400. thats what you get for pondering over things. if you see something you want, get it quick.

It sure beats any UK building society rates right now. My last bargain was a Sessionette Mk1 dated 1984 for £50 from the local paper, in excellent condition and even had the original instructions, sold for £150 on Eb.
