Default Anyone selling a PA round Sussex or Dorset?

Looking for a PA package for my singer.

Ideally somewhere in the 400 - 800 watt range as it will be needed for pub gigs and clubs. Ideally it will be a powered mixer, couple of speakers, stands and leads, however, will consider other different formats like power amps with unpowered mixer. Also if you have a powered monitor in the package, that would be ideal.

    I have a few bits that I don't need :

2 X 500w full range speakers and a (racked) 1kW amp. However, geography will probably prevent a deal.

I'm in Birmingham the 1st week in March if that helps? Can bring them down.

Yeh I would, but I've offered it to Mr Fastboy as part of a package to help his singer, so if he turns it down then we'll sort something out.

    Ok with you?

    Nice.

I'm only really after £100 for the amp and £100 for the speakers so it's budget stuff but loud as fuck!

Our singer has (rather annoyingly) always got by lifting bits of pa out of skips etc which really irks me when the rest of us have spent hundreds if not thousands on our gear!! It let's the whole sound down. We have managed to get some reasonable speakers but our amp is A mixer head of about 500w max (2x250?) either way it's shite! We have some weddings to do this year so yours would sort us - just need a cheap mixer I guess??

That's if fastboy doesn't want it!!!

Yeh it's yours if Fastboy doesn't want it - that's assuming he ever gets out his bed to answer this thread!

This mini-rig was bought for 2 reasons really. Initially it was for bigger gigs where we needed reinforcement. Then I thought I could cobble together a second PA for next to nowt and potentially leave it somewhere to rehearse. However, I'm skint so it's up for grabs!

Where you based? Can maybe meet up as I'm down south a fair bit with the work.

PS: I'll bung in the 10m Speakons that I've got too. They're brand spanking new. Never even used.

Also, this is the mixer I use. T'is awesome and only costs about £200.

Might be a bit much for your needs but the bang for buck ratio is very good!
