    Default GFS P90 Anyone ?

Got a bridge Dream90 P90 if anyone fancies it? Not the best looking pickup out there, but sounds damn good.

£20 + p&p, which will be of order £23 all in - recorded delivery via Royal Mail.

Couple more guitarry bits on eBay HERE - someone at least have a bid on the fuzz, it's a crime if it doesn't go for a few quid.

Still have an AVT50 combo and a Marshall 1912 1x12 cab as well if anyone's interested.

    Forum enquiries always welcome.

    One Hundred Pounds Sterling.

If you're interested drop me a PM. If you want any photos I can take some, but that won't be 'til tomorrow morning.

How many wires coming out of that? 2-core or 4-core?

2 core at the moment matey. You can always make it 4 core, but with a P90 I'm not sure I'd bother anyway.

Sounds good actually - I was surprised to be honest. I'd keep it, but I've no spare guitars and don't intend to get any more.

Surely only by taking the pickup apart, unwinding the coil, and putting a tap lead in halfway through and then re-winding it .

I asked because some P90's have 4 core wire, like HBs, so that you can "coil tap" them, or (being slightly more precise) take a reduced output signal from them! Just gives a bit more flexibility to the sound.

I'd give you about half of what you're looking for, for it ...

    I'll have to ponder it.

Actually, "coil tap" is the correct term here. In humbuckers it's coil splitting.

In theory, yeah, but who ever uses a tapped singlecoil?
