Default Electronics dudes - would this work?

The master volume and tone work as normal. The third pot acts as a gradual split control for the bridge humbucker. Would it work or is there a flaw in my awesome plan?

I believe that will work, and I think Washburn use it as the VCC. Not certain on that.

You might want to consider using a 1M pot so that the "unsplit" end is pretty close to unsplit. Or make it a no-load pot by cutting the conductive track at one end - make sure it's the correct end though!

As far as I'm aware, you can't have an "in-between".

    It's either split or not.

    Thanks, all!

My £100 challenge is therefore going to have a gradual-split bridge humbucker and the following combinations:

    Bridge
    Bridge and middle
    Middle
    Bridge and neck
    Neck

    Bwar!

Not true. You're just gradually bleeding one coil to ground.
