I've stood next to that amp being played. I can honestly say you could label it as a 20w and nobody would bat an eyelid (plus it's got an attenuator so best f both worlds) . Matamp are notoriously conservative when rating amps.Originally Posted by nocaster

yeah sure - for 100 £5 notes
as you say its rated at 7 watts - it has as it says a 6v6 and an EL34.
and TBH its probably 7 of the loudest watts you'll ever hear.

If i had the cash i would have it love matamps and been lookign for a valve amp for bedroom practice
