    Default Low or High pass filter on vocal. How to?

    Hey guys, I wanna put simple low or high pass flter on the repetitive vocal track in Cubase, something like in "Put Ur Handz Up For Detroit" but don't know how Could please help me?

    Well first of all, you need to decide which sort of filter (high-, or low-pass) you want. Decide that, and then do this:

    On the vocal track in Cubase, click the 'e' button, and then, in one of the black boxes to the left of the EQ, click once, and choose 'Filter > Tonic'...Then where it says 'Mode' choose either LP24 or HP (or another setting, it's up to you), adjust the resonance, cutoff, and mix to your choosing and hey-presto. You've got a filter on your track.
