    Not sure if this is up your street, but I recommend "Rodrigo Y Gabriela" by Rodrigo Y Gabriela.

    +1 for Eric Roche, the guy is phenomenal, and is sorely missed.

    Andy McKee & Don Ross - "The Thing That Came From Somewhere"
    Billy McLaughlin - "Fingerdance"

    Those are my top 3... not in order though, Billy McLaughlin is my musical hero though!
