this is a tune done originally by Joe Henderson, its called Black Narcissus...this version is by a friend on my soundclick site called Barry Kettery, he done the the track and asked me to put guitar on ...the guitar starts at 1.20 and follows the melody and 2.20 for the solo

Way cool soloing, really captured the Metheny vibe - nary an extraneous rock lick in sight. Actually, that is really bloody ace! That'd really show that Richard Newman muppet which end of the guitar is which!

One of my favourite licks slipped in - opening bars from If I Only Had A Heart from the Wizard of Oz - very tasteful. That ascending triads (I think) thing you did too - perfect !
