Default A track with a Guitar solo

I haven't posted anything on these forums for ages. I used to hang about when it was the CM forum. I left for a bit and when I came back it had all changed. On the odd occasion when I have posted people have said 'oh yes, they've all gone to the other place now' but they haven't told me where the other place is. So here I am. Like the little crippled boy from The Pied Piper Of Hamelin.
This track, though, highly unusually for me, has a guitar solo, so maybe that's a good thing, or maybe it isn't.

You can't polish a turd. But actually, aren't turds quite shiny anyway? And you catch more flies with sugar than with vinegar. But who wants to catch flies in the first place? You kill more flies with poison.

Has a Lighning Seeds/Divine Comedy kind of vibe about this track, if you don't mind me saying so

Not exactly my taste but well written/produced.
    I'm a sorta Vai/McLaughlin/Satriani/Meola/Zappa kind of a guy
