I've used interparcel to courier loads of amps including a few to Europe and I've never had a problem with them - insurance is about £5 per £250 but as long as you pack well (i use tons of bubble wrap and double box) you should be OK... they're the total opposite of parcel2go who I had loads of trouble with
I'm now in trouble because my wife bashed her toe on the amp - again - last night. It's not like she couldn't have seen it if she'd been looking where she was going.
But apparently that wasn't the right thing to say.
Luckily no damage done. It's quite a well-built amp.
There's also an HT5 stack that I want to buy, but I have to shift this first. I'm not going near eBay (scammers, timewasters and ripoff fees), and I'd really prefer not to try getting it couriered.
So, £250 becomes £225 plus a sensible contribution to my diesel costs if I need to deliver it.
Well, it "sold" on eBay (for £165 ) but the transaction just fell through. The "buyer" requested a cancellation as he couldn't travel outside of Wolverhampton and - tbh, at that price - I was happy to agree!
So ... anyone want to offer me anything for it, or do I risk evilBay once more?
