Default logic crashing all the time

hi peeps, wondering if anybody can help me, Have updated logic from 7.2 to 7.2.3 & now it crashes everytime when loading the coreaudio drivers?? I'm currently using a 3 ghz quadcore intel mac with 4 gb of ram running osx 10.5.8, reason 4.0.1 & using a didgidesign mbox2 mini as my interface, I also have pro tools le version 7.4.2 on there as well

I really dont wanna have 2 go back 2 logic 7.2.0 as this version is not universal binary & means i cant rewire reason in2 logic :-(

    cheers in advance

Have you installed the Pro Application Update, that pertains to your version of OSX and Logic?

Are you getting a crash log (a prompt telling you the application has quit/refused to respond) or is it just simply closing down without any alerts?

If you're getting a prompt there should be an option to display the crash log or report or something (it's been a while since I've seen that prompt!). Anyway, find the log and post it on here. Might give us more info as to why it's crashing.

Just as another idea, unplug the Mbox and try again.

Probably a bad plugin, check the plugin manager.

Also do a Google search, there is a key command that will disable all plugs when opening Logic.
