What are the mods you've done to the Chicken Salad? I've played with the internal trimpot and heard about re-housing it, but not any real mods.

I just drilled the case so that the trimpot can be tweaked. I also took the 'lid' off the photocell housing, stuck some reflective foil on and replaced it- this apparently increases the intensity of the effect. I found the best setting on the trimpot was just shy of fully clockwise for the 'Bridge of Sighs'/ Hendrix at Woodstock throb..

The CS mods are well worth it for 1/2 an hour to 1 hours work- it'll keep me happy till I've enough in the tank for a Fulltone deja-vibe- now they're the hound's testicles

Bit of an update to my board. I've added a Hardwire delay, and shifted on a Malekko delay I used to have. Kept one of them like though. Also added the Nova Modulator, and relabelled the pedal switchers and commander!

I love this setup!

Excellent. I will be ripping off your idea of the chicken heads on the HT-Distortion BTW. The standard knobs are a PITA to see, especially on stage.

Current board although the dynacomp has been replaced with Keeley 4 knob now.
Amp of choice is a 65 Amps Soho 1x12 combo.



Most of the time I use my Axe FX rig though.
