Thought I'd just throw in some input here 'cos I've bought 2 VV's off E Bay recently. The 1st one I bought which is near mint cost me £225 (may have overbid in my enthusiasm) but I have to say it was worth it. I've been playing my 12 string semi-acoustic through it just now and it really is remarkable. It's so much more than just a standard vibe pedal. The vibrato feature barely ever gets a mention & I don't know why 'cos if you tweak carefully you can get some truly great sounds - just don't go mad on the intensity or the speed. Actually I love all 3 modes - the trem is fantastic. I was originally going to get the VV Junior (can get 'em new from Peach guitars for £180) 'cos I wanted to get the Bridge of Sighs tone, but I read up a fair bit first about various vibe pedals & thought the extra cash for the VV would be worth it, mostly for the tremolo feature you get on the VV (& not the VV Jnr or indeed any other vibe pedal). You can get the BOS tone in about 5 seconds flat on the VV, but it's subtle tweaking with the intensity, bias & symmetry that really pays dividends. I was so blown away with the VV I bought another one off E Bay to send to my bro' in the US. This one was a bit more raced & rallied (but worked abso fine) and I more or less stole it for £125. He's blown away too & he's not easily impressed - you pay $500 or so to land one over there. So that's 2 VV's for £350, which is probably about right I s'pose. I really can't recommend it enough. It's built like a tank and if you're prepared to spend time with it you'll end up in a zoned-out trance of bliss. Add a decent echo pedal & sync it with the speed rate of the trem & you'll end up in another dimension (I've tried it with my Headrush!) Right I've warbled enough! Hope this helps ya'
