Default FS: Marshall/HiWatt guitar amp setup

Having a clear out and since I haven't picked up a guitar in close to 10 years, my beloved amp set up must go:

    1. Marshall SLP1959 100W Superlead Plexi reissue valve head
Bought new by me in 1997 and gigged regularly until around 1999/2000. Unused since, this is the first generation reissue without the effects loop of later reissues. I am sure you are well aware of the details of this classic head: simple, twin channel design with no master volume. Monstrous, classic tone and monstrously loud! Very good condition overall, with some scuffing/tears to the vinyl at the rear (see pics) £550 ono.

    2. HiWatt 4x12 speaker cabinet. An original early 70's HiWatt cab that I stripped of its tatty vinyl and sprayed red sometime during the mid-90's (seemed like a good idea at the time). The speaker grille has been recovered/rebadged with genuine HiWatt spare parts. I loaded the cab with 4 x Celestion G12-M 'Greenbacks' in around 1997 and it has been used exclusively with the above head (2-3 years gigging and unused since). Cab has been retrofitted with Marshall side grab handles. Brilliant, classic tone from the speakers, which have lead an easy life. £200 ono

Buyer to collect from West Midlands please. Cash on collection. Stuff can be heard working if you bring a guitar and lead!

    Hi

    I'm in Wolverhampton.

(Sorry for not replying to PM - don't seem to have received any notification that I'd got one!)

    Cheers

that is honestly the sexiest looking set up i've ever seen.
    I can't afford it though.
