Devon/South west, Tim or Jeremy at Manson's. Tim has worked on my guitars for years and I always know I can trust him implicitly to set my guitars up exactly as I like them. He also techs for Steve Howe and we know how picky he is!
Highly recommended.

If you're down south, there's a guy who works in Frets Music in Southampton called Greyum May. He is the guitar tech for Lamb Of God, Megadeth and Arch Enemy (amongst others) when they're in the UK.

I've not had need to use him yet but I'm guessing if he's good enough for Mustaine then he's probably good enough for me!
