HELP - Jan2010 #173 CD Has No Data

My error!
Its a format situation. It seems to have an audio format with a data format. So when it loads it will only see one of the formats. I should have looked hards, but the reason is on the disc cover.
The CD in a computer will only see (first) videos.
To see the audio you need to start the audio media player.

Just got around to opening my new copy of #173 CD and it has only 1 video on it.
WTF! The rest is missing!
Who, Whom or How does one get a new disc or downloads the missing data?
Any ideas?
