I think you'll find that none of the replies to this thread stopped anybody from sending you an offer by PM. The fact that nobody did tells me that it wasn't out of reach of anybody's pocket, but rather that everybody here thinks you're a bit of a dick and not worth their time to deal with.

Besides which, Mojowossface did say in the original opening post (now edited to a rather childish rant) that it was for a collector, not a gigging musician.

For those that were genuinely interested in case they ever see one again, final price from 17 offers received worldwide ended up at 2,460 euros plus shipment cost. Not bad for only seven days of internet advertising and no ebay fees

At least have identified the losers on this forum as part of rotting furniture, (thousands of post, about jacks***) probably like their axes riddled with woodworm
    Pocket Money ?

    That's a bit strong isn't it ?

Thing is, on the one level he's right.
Like a lot of the people on this forum I'm not awash with disposable income. I've got an alright job but the mortgage, kids etc tend to come first which doesn't leave a lot of money over for trinkets & baubles.

But that said, like most of us here I'm a man absolutely riven with GAS, and if you put the right object of desire in front of me I will do whatever I can to get my grubby mitts on it.

In the instance of my beloved Tyler, I didn't even have 10% of the asking price available and was trying to talk myself out of pursuing it. That is until the wily vendor (Actually a lovely man) sent me pictures and that was me selling 2 other guitars and getting a bank loan..

All it took to push me into the abyss was a little visual stimulus.

A guy bought a rare guitar based on some sound clips and a single photo you found on a hard drive?

Sounds like this forum is anything but a macho place but one of bitches and people who like to massage each others geni***s, what a bunch of losers whinging about someone who was more than delighted to buy on the strength of a photo and me going the extra mile for him as a polite sales like gesture in kind, with a variety of sound files. It doesn't get any better than that bitches, when it comes to selling something. Hope you all learnt something from this experience and lesson in " how to sell " successfully in 7 days, as I did, and how to handle my market, but then you guys or bitches needed a lesson in manners from what I've seen with unmoderated posts from people with " life threatening " attitude problems probably self inflicted by too much pleasure induced from their whammy bars and mirror posing. The real Dick Heads know themselves out there by the way they choose to handle themselves, real jerk offs !!! To the real girls out there apologies for the conduct of these bitches who needed sorting anyway.

Spit and froth as much as you like , I got my money securely via Paypal and mission accomplished. It matters not to me if you want to fight over the right to froth some more carry on and give others some more of that idiotic entertainment and drag this board of spark's down by your conduct. Real Losers and blah blah blah in the follow up torrent of predictable frothing rants that always follow with there sort and they called themselves musos more like the losers they are in not getting anywhere in this business instead of creating great music they hang around these web pages for their daily fix at someone else's expense. Hmm now what should I buy next with all this new dosh .....
