Default some cm studio dvd plugins not seen by cubase 5

    i guys

i am spending now a lot of time in copying the cm studio plugins into several folders on my pc to use them in cubase

whereas cm-native plug ins are nicely seen by cubase, others, like zebra cm and vascillator, are not seen by cubase despite i copy them into different vstplugins folders ( i have tried steinberg\vstplugins, steinberg\cubase5\vstplugins, but without results

could you give me a hand about his?

    thanks in advance

Some of the plugs are equiped with an installation program. These have to be installed via the installer and can't be copied to the pluginfolders like you can with the CMplugs mostly.

    CM202 - Copy
    CM505 - Copy

    CMZebra - Installer
    OhMyGod - Installer
    CMalfa - installer

    And so on.

the problem is that i dont know where to put the corresponding .dll files to make cubase see them.

Doesn't matter really, you can put them anywhere if you're allowed by the plug manufactorer.
In Cubase 5 you have to let Cubase find them. Usually it does at startup initialisation, but if not you should go to "devices - plugin information - plugin path button" and point cubase to the folder where the plug is residing. Then scan the plugin folders.
You maybe have to restart cubase, but usually not.

Read more about the "The Plug-in Information window" in the operation manual.
