I'm on very thin ice here.
But I think it's possible to install Cubase5 - 32bit and open that version on your platform(without opening the 64-bit version oh course). But I would not take my own words for granted, I would definitly ask someone else to be sure.

No, I don't know.
I doubt it tho , but you have to ask CM about that.
