    I hate citylink about as much as I can describe. So far *touch wood*, I have had no problems with UPS. AND they have cool vans

    Flabbergasted's not the word!!!!
    Today at 15.02 i recieve a phone call from the Citylink ******** manager. The call went as follows:
    "Hello, can i speak to Mr ********?", "speaking" i replied. There was long silence.........."You asked me to call", yet another silence, "yes?" i replied. It was then alleged in a most aggressive and confrontational manner that i had verbally assaulted the driver which i denied. Due to the managers manner i requested if i could speak to his superior, he gave me a name and then asked if i wanted to know what was happening with the driver, i said i would rather talk to his boss. He suggested i email Mr ****** but did not give me any contact details and then hung up.
    So after not being able to help enough this manager guy had become the very opposite and his whole attitude was less than helpful.
    This whole episode has been unbelievable from a Big National courier company and i am totally shocked at how this whole thing has escalated to ridiculous proportions.
    Have i been unreasonable in anything i have said or done?

    Sorry to hear you're still getting shit from them. If you REALLY want to escalate it, i'm willing to bet that their MD, Stuart Godman can be reached on Stuart.Godman@city-link.co.uk . Just a thought

    Go to your nearest Citylink depot, take out a shotgun, and then shoot yourself in the face. That'll show them.
