Most of you have probably seen my Boogie Mark iib for sale on this forum already (if you haven't the link is at the bottom of this post) which has had a little bit of interest from this forum and elsewhere but no firm offers. Seems that everyone's struggling to shift gear in the current economic climate, especially stuff over the £1000 mark. I'm not in any great rush to sell it so am quite happy to keep hold of it till a buyer comes along. But... I thought I'd tentatively pursue another possibility and see if anyone had anything they'd be willing to trade.

I'm looking for a high spec valve amp 30w - 50w, preferably EL34 driven but am open to other varieties of power valve (except 6L6s), either a combo or a head/cab, single or dual channel with nice, simple controls, either master or non master volume. I am interested only in the following makes of amplifier:

Matchless
Reinhardt
Fuchs
65 Amps
Top Hat
Divided By 13

What else... Oh yeah.

Dumble
Trainwreck
Komet
Marshall Plexi Serial No.2

Not really.

I know its a long shot what with all the amps listed being super expensive (how many of us gig a Matchless?!) and realistically I think I know what the end result will be (feel free to express your opinions on what you think the end result will be, I will probably agree with you!), but if you don't ask etc... I might add that I have cash to add to the deal on my side should it be required. Like I said, just a feeler.
