Footswitch needed - 2 switch mesa

I have a mesa DC 10 combo that requires a two switch latching footswitch. One switch does the rhythm/lead switch. The other switches the EQ in and out. I have a bog standard Marshall one but the second switch (marked chorus) won't operate the EQ.

Does anyone have a mesa switch or something that will operate this function???

just replied to you 12ax7 thread and just found a trace elliot 2 button footswitch controls on it say channel 2 /gain + effects on/ voicing, i used to use it with an old ampeg vl head dont know if its any use to you
