Would you be interested in a Laney LC15 valve combo and a Cimar (mij 80s fujigen) 2070 - like an ibanez roadstar - against the tele? both have been modded (replacement output transformer on the LC15 - rewired with an 8ohm ext speaker jack instead of a lineout, and the cimar has a Westone Paduak circuit added)?

as an aside, think we've met a long long time ago at a zombies rally either at Avonwick or at Ashcombe - did you play at one of these about 12 years ago?

Yes I remember playing at both the zombies rallies, wasnt it at The Avonwick Mill?
and i remember the other one was on the buzzards site near teignmouth golf course.

yep that was the one, in the function room above the main pub. long time ago now!

Cimar is pictured below - i had a set of mighty mite alnicos in it but i've taken these out - it'll come with the original pickups as well as the ones in it as I've sold the alnicos. The ones in it are slightly out on pole spacing so you might want to swap them out again but they work fine. I've added a gain pot to the paduak circuit - haven't yet got a matching knob to go with it as its a straight shaft not a splined one; and the circuit is switched on with the toggle switch under the selector switch. the trem is blocked off and the battery for the circuit is in the trem spring cavity but could easily be reversed. will try to get some pics of the LC15 too but I work in Exeter so could always bring them to exeter some time if you just wanted to take a look
