Advice needed About to go Orange...

I am on the verge of spending £750 on an Orange ad30tc head and 2x12 cab,
what I want is someone to convince me otherwise, and offer me something sexier for the same money or less.
I have loved Orange amps aesthetically forever, and have owned some nice amps in the past,Vox AC30, Artisan 30, Marshall JCM series, Mesa Tremoverb.
I also don't know if the Orange will do me in style, I think it will??????? I play in a punk covers band doing all late 70's stuff, the Damned,Pistols,Clash,Stooges,Buzzcocks,Ramones etc etc you get the picture.
So if you have anything you can offer me in the same price bracket, either delivered or for a halfway meet between you and South Wales.

I'm about to flog my Fender Twin amp.

It's the latest incarnation (but one of the last built in the USA ones as they're made in China now) with the high gain channel not the feeble gain channels on previous twins so you won't need any dirt pedals with this. It also has the one of the best reverbs / tremolos you'll ever hear built into an amp. Take your pick between 100 watts of pure power or turn it down to 25 watts for small gigs.

Steve Jones used to use a twin and it don't get any more punk then the sex pistols !!!

Just been serviced and comes with 4 button footswitch. Looking for £600 for more info:

There was an AC30 on ebay for £450 about 2 days ago- might be worth a look?

Oh dear!!!! Super tempted by a Twin, used one for a few weeks last year and was impressed with it...I love Fatty Jones and the sound he used to get back in the 70's.....when are you thinking of selling and why mate?

Was about to stick it up on here and on Ebay in the next day or two but not desperate to sell so can wait also if you definitely want it.

I only ever use it for recording as nothing tops the clean / reverb and trem tones but never use it live (I use Bogners and Marshalls live) hence the reason I was going to sell it as it's not getting the use it should so better to go to someone who will use it.

I've just bought another Marshall DSL and am also lining up a Jet City combo as well so better for me to sell this to keep the books balanced.

Don't laugh - it does the punk thing to a T for well under £200 in-hand.

personally Id stick with the orange - unless youre looking for mega clean I think itll do all the things you want it for (im assuming V30s in the cab) - If it was me the only thing Id be looking at is a 2nd hand thunderverb, but only because I love that amp - may be a 2nd hand rockerverb would be better suited than the ad30
