Posh valves and ting
so them thare Gold Lion valves, anybody ever used them? ...... here
I know that I'm a sucker for pretty boxes (leave it) and nice logos, but I'm tempted to take a punt. Anybody want to talk me out of it? If they're over priced they've got to be good, right?

These are highly recommended by Cornford (KT77s) and seem to have a strong following in the States!
I considered them for my Roadhouse 30H but went for Tung-Sol EL34Bs in the end as they reviewd well and suit my needs

EL84s
For guitar work, TAD or JJ Svetlanas are fine, esp if you are going to put them through an AC30 fry-up.
The gold lions are aimed/priced at the hifi market.
