    Default USB audio interface

    OK I've had enough of my Digidesign Mbox2. Lack of windows 7 support. Lack of support for any applications other than Pro-tools.
    So I'm in the market for a new USB interface. The trouble is what one?
    Features I'm looking for.
    1) Windows 7 64bit drivers
    2) Can be used as a regular sound card (i.e. for games/windows sounds)
    3) 4 mono or 2 stereo inputs 1 stereo out.
    4) Comes with Cubase software?
    5) Midi in/out for keyboard inputs/outputs

    Nice to haves
    Digital out to drive 5.1 surround sound amp
    Control surface (4 sliders plus a few knobs)

    Budget upto £200

    Any ideas?
