Default With all this footy - did anyone watch the rugby as well ?

    dear oh dear......

proves once and for all - Care is NOT an international scrum-half. TBH hes not even third in the list.

Liked the 2 penalty tries !

Did you hear the ref when he yellow carded the Aussie prop "Get of the pitch and learn how to scrummage !" ?

We were never going beat the Aussies first up, but the 2nd half showed them where to focus. Thought Tindall did well.

however they had 8 first choicers out ......so that was our best chance ........... and yes I thought Tindall was easily our best player......though you wouldnt think so reading the Sundays..............

Sadly, I watched the England game. Dire stuff, really poor from players who should be able to perform better.

says as much as anyone need say, really.

And if you need more, Paul Ackford's worth reading:

While they're having a clear-out in the back-room - take Squeaky Andrew out as well please ! I think a lot of the malaise can be traced there !

Jonno's got to make wholesale changes or he'll be the fall-guy. It's interesting the Andy Robinson made a decent job with Scotland - while Jonno still has the same set of coaches that did for Andy.

The fish stinks from the head downwards, as they say.

There's an advert in today's Telegraph for debentures or boxes (can't remember which) at Tiwckenham, listing ten reasons to buy one.

Watching England play rugby is absent from the list.

The RFU is a corporate entity which seeks to make money from rugby. It doesn't seek to make English rugby world-class. Sacking the coaches would cost money, therefore it is against their rationale. Isn't that why they appointed Nobinson in the first place - because he was there and wouldn't cost a packet?

As long as Twickenham remains sold-out they will be happy. It would need a massive no-show for them to get the hint and do something.
