Default Taylor 314CE - swap for Larrivee?

I bought a new 314ce last year, with the hard case
It plays perfectly, but it's too bright for me. Pickup system is great - I want it, but not the acoustic tone!

Before selling it on ebay, does anyone want to swap it for a larrivee of similar value? (cash adjustment either way). I might consider Martins or Fyldes, nothing with a RRP less than £1000 please

It has to be a wider neck: 1.75 inch or greater

I live near M6 junction 19, can travel to midlands or 1 hour radius

I had a 414CE and found the Expression so accurate or mega sensitive might be a better way of putting it that i was really struggling to play relaxed. Then again Im a pretty crap player!

I play acoustic a little like Roy Harper's style (no strumming, playing using thumb and 3 fingers, plus modal tunings sometimes), the expression system works very well for that, but it does pick up everything!

I suspect a cedar top would work OK for me, but I prefer Larrivee necks anyway.

I would consider swapping for a valve amp too, but I can't really narrow it down. Boutique or hand-wired. A real 335.

I usually get rid of my neglected kit through ebay, but thought I'd see if anyone was interested this way
    thanks
