Default CryingRock Goes All spiritual, Like

So, I was lying on the lawn looking up at the few fluffy clouds that were drifting in from the Irish sea, just enjoying the shapes they were making as I contemplated the course of my life up to this point.
I was feeling relaxed and content and as i lay there listening to the soft muffled sounds all around me, I idly started to pick the flowers off of the fuschia plant that was to the left of me.
I sat up and looked more closely at the flower I was now holding and was suddenly transfixed by it's beauty. I looked from the flower in my hand to the fuschia plant and back to the flower, then back to the plant. There were thousands of flowers.
    Thousands.
Some flowers had died and a pod was now just hanging there instead. I picked a pod and broke it open. In it were thousands of seeds each with the capabilty of becoming a fuschia plant and producing millions of seeds every season.

I started to think about the abundance that was all around me, EVERYWHERE

I began to think of all the messages from the media and goverment that therejust isn't enough, that there is a lack of resources. I began to think about greed. I began to think about social hypnosis, bust and boom and government economic control and wealth.

I began to feel very awake.

I then went into the kitchen and ate 17 jaffa cakes, half a packet of chocolate hobnobs and........

Cool and very '60's. I agree it's time we all went back 'into the garden' ...

    Joni [the Queen of cool]:
    'Both Sides Now'
    'Chelsea Morning'
    'Woodstock'

Joni's 'Woodstock' says it all - this is where it's at - Love & Peace
“Jazz, isn’t that just a series of mistakes disguised as musical composition?”

    There's enough for every one

Its the concept of lack that we all buy into (no pun intended) that makes us slaves.

Good luck with eating Fuschias, running your car on Fuschias and putting down some Fuschias as a deposit on a house.

Thats not true, I remember reading an article where they calculated the resources required for every memebr of the current population to have the standard of life and the result was that the equivilent of 9 earth's worth of resources would be required.

There's only enough for everyone because the biggest chunk of the worlds population have practically nothing.

The planet is basically over populated.
